The Department of Local Affairs Encourages Colorado Homeowners Facing Foreclosure or Financial Hardship to Apply for Funds from the Mortgage Assistance Program

The State of Colorado has provided emergency mortgage assistance to more than 2500 households. Funding is still available for homeowners facing foreclosure or financial hardship and can be applied for on the Department of Local Affairs’ website at www.MortgageHelpCO.org.
