What is Happening

Master Plan Finalization:

Ridge View redevelopment planning continues. This complex planning process was slightly delayed due to a newly identified need to complete an architectural assessment before estimating total costs. After receiving final revisions of costs, the Master Plan Summary will be shared.

Upcoming Steps

Solicitation for Implementation:

The next significant step in our project timeline will be issuing three solicitations, slated to be released in the Fall and Winter. Those include:

• Renovations: Architecture & Construction
• Services: Transitional Housing & Facility Operations
• Treatment: Withdrawal Management & Health Clinic
