• Renovations: Architecture & Construction - After a thorough solicitation process, DOLA has hired Davis Partnership Architects and Haselden Construction, LLC for design / build services.
• Services: The Supportive Residential Community Transitional Housing Provider & Campus Operator Request for Proposals (RFP) was posted on 5/3/24. The RFP can be found on Colorado VSS and Rocky Mountain Bidnet.

  • 5/10/24 9:30AM MDT: Optional Site Tour at 28101 E Quincy Ave, Watkins, CO
  • 6/4/24 2:00PM MDT: Letter of Intent due
  • 6/24/24 2:00PM MDT: Submission due
