Ridge View Transitional Housing Operator Request for Proposals - MODIFICATIONS

DOH has modified the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Transitional Housing Operator(s) at Ridge View :

Property management has been removed from the RFP. The scope of work in the RFP is now limited to transitional housing services. The budget template and narrative questions have been adjusted accordingly. The revised RFP has been posted on Rocky Mountain Bidnet and Colorado VSS.

DOH has modified the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Transitional Housing Operator(s) at Ridge View. The revised RFP has been posted on Rocky Mountain Bidnet and Colorado VSS with the following changes:

• Proposers may choose to apply for either transitional housing service provider, or campus property manager or both components.
• Contractor Selection Schedule - Revised Key Dates:
  • June 21, 2024 9:30AM-10:30AM MDT: Optional Site Tour at 28101 E Quincy Ave, Watkins, CO - RSVP to Kelli Barker kbarker@state.co.us by 2:00PM on 6/2/24
  • June 24, 2024 2:00PM MDT: Questions Submittal Due
  • June 26, 2024 2:00PM MDT: Answers Posted onto VSS/BidNet (Estimated)
  • June 28, 2024 2:00PM MDT: Letter of Intent due (non-binding)
  • July 31, 2024 2:00PM MDT: Response Submission due
  • August 12, 2024: Interviews (Optional & Estimated)
  • November 15, 2024: Contract Fully Executed (Estimated)
  • January 1, 2025: Project Start Date (Estimated)

• Renovations: Architecture & Construction - After a thorough solicitation process, DOLA has hired Davis Partnership Architects and Haselden Construction, LLC for design / build services.
• Services: The Supportive Residential Community Transitional Housing Provider & Campus Operator Request for Proposals (RFP) was posted on 5/3/24. The RFP can be found on Colorado VSS and Rocky Mountain Bidnet.
