The Ridge View Campus in Watkins, Colorado has been transferred from the Colorado Department of Human Services to the Department of Personnel for use by the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing. The Department of Local Affairs will be seeking input from the public and other organizations to make the Ridge View Campus a success.

    Thank you for your question! Currently, we do not have a plan for synthetic turf fields.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry about Ridge View Supportive Residential Community. In the coming months, DOLA will be releasing RFPs for a variety of needs, including operators for transitional  housing and other programming. We anticipate these to be released early 2024.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry. We anticipate that we will release the Transitional Housing RFP in April. We do not yet have an ETA on the RFP for SUD treatment services.
