HB23-1253 Papers and Materials Form

This form allows for members of the HB23-1253 Task Force (the "Task Force")  to submit documents and contact information that will assist with its work.  The Task Force will use the materials you submit to collect information about research into Corporate-owned housing, collect information about potential data sources, collect contact information about potential facilitators, and collect contact information about researchers in the field of residential housing.

Please use this form to

• Submit research articles and other documents, 
• Provide information about potential data sources, 
• Provide information about  potential facilitators, and
• Provide information about researchers the Task Force may wish to contact.

You will be able to submit information about three documents, three data sources, two facilitators, and two researchers with each form submission.  You will be able to submit multiple forms as necessary.

Please provide as much information as you can in your submissions.  Except for your name and affiliation, all fields in this form are optional.  However, complete submissions will help facilitate the Task Force's work.
