For the 2024 budget, the Certification of Tax Levies is due to the Board of County Commissioners by January 10th. This is the delayed deadline for one year only that was part of SB23B-001. Please ask your County Assessor or your County Finance Department for the County contact person that should receive the Certification of Tax Levies. For the DOLA submission via eFiling, you can include the Certification of Tax Levies in the electronic budget submission, which is not due until January 31st. Please contact Victor Chen at 303-864-7757 or victor.chen@state.co.us with any questions or concerns.
